• Account Information: Name, email address, password, and Google OAuth credentials.
• Integration Credentials: OAuth tokens, shop names, and organization IDs for Shopify, eBay, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, and Amazon SP-API.
• Financial Data: Payout transaction structures, sales figures, and tax summaries processed specifically for generating bookkeeping ledgers. We do not store credit card numbers or bank credentials directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize the Shopify-to-QuickBooks integration flow.
• Authenticate your account via OAuth and secure JWT sessions.
• Sync transactions and automatically post journal entries to your connected QuickBooks accounts.
• Send email alerts, system notifications, or OTP credentials.

4. Data Protection & Security

We prioritize the security of your data. FLO2X implements bank-grade 256-bit encryption (AES-256) for data transmission and rest storage. OAuth access tokens are securely stored with environment-isolated configurations. We maintain SOC 2 standard security compliance protocols to restrict unauthorized database access.

5. Third-Party Connections

Our Service connects to third-party APIs (including Shopify API and QuickBooks Online API). Data transfer is governed by the respective platforms' privacy terms. We do not sell or lease your financial records to any third-party marketing companies.

6. Your Rights & Choice

You can disconnect your QuickBooks or Shopify integrations at any time from the Connections tab. You also have the right to request deletion of your account and purge all associated credentials from our database.
