Terms & Conditions (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, installing, or connecting FLO2xto your Shopify, eBay, or QuickBooks Online account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which serve as a legal End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

FLO2xgrants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the automated bookkeeping and financial reconciliation software solely for your internal business operations in accordance with these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

As a licensee, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and API credentials.
  • Ensure the sales data, payouts, and customer records fetched from your stores do not violate any local laws.
  • Understand that FLO2xacts as a data pipeline. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming that journal entries matched and posted to QuickBooks Online are correct before filing tax returns.

4. Subscription & Payments

Access to production QuickBooks and Shopify multi-store connections requires an active subscription. All fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in temporary suspension of API integrations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLO2xDOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ACCUMULATED DATA SYNCS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE ACT AS CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. ALL LEDGER STATEMENTS POSTED TO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SHOULD BE PERIODICALLY REVIEWED.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FLO2xor its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
